Ordering & Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm.
Shipping
Stocked jewelry items will typically ship within 2-4 business days. Shipping and delivery of the items may vary depending on stock.
We ship to all fifty states of the USA! Shipping times for Alaska and Hawaii will vary in comparison to the continental US. We currently do not ship internationally.
Our packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. We will provide a USPS tracking number once the order is en route.
We offer the option of expedited shipping. Expedited orders placed from Monday through Friday before 2PM will be shipped on the same day. Expedited orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail Express, with options for either Next-Day or 2-Day shipping.
Yes, we do! We will inform you when your order is ready and you can pick it up during our regular business hours at our downtown Morgantown studio. Click here to find us on a map!
Returns & Repairs
Jewelry returns and exchanges will be accepted up to thirty days after original purchase date, as long as they are in their original, unused, and unworn condition. Returns can only be issued back to the original form of payment.
Yes. We stand behind the work that we do at Silver Pennies, so we guarantee against defects in manufacturing and craftsmanship for ninety days from the date of purchase. This does not include defects that occur as a result of misuse or normal wear and tear. In the case that a manufacturing or design defect occurs, we will repair or replace (if possible) your jewelry for free! Just bring it back to store or send it to us in the mail. If you are mailing the item, please inform us ahead of time that the item is on its way. You can contact us here.
